Return Refund Policy

At A-T Beauty, LLC, we stand behind every product we sell. Our return and exchange policy is designed to give you confidence and peace of mind when making your purchase. You have a full 30 days to decide if your hot tub is the right fit for your needs.


Return & Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. All included accessories and components must be returned as well.


Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.


Return Shipping Responsibility

If you’ve changed your mind, return shipping costs will be your responsibility. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover all return shipping costs.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin the process, email us at contact@hotretreat.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. We will respond within 48 hours with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please report it as soon as possible. For freight or LTL deliveries, notify us within 48 hours and include photos of the damage. For UPS or FedEx deliveries, reports must be made within 15 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


Cancellations

Orders canceled before shipment are eligible for a full refund. If your order has already shipped, it will fall under our standard return policy.


Refund Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are not refundable for returns due to a change of mind.


Our Error vs. Customer-Initiated Returns

If the return is due to our error, we will cover all associated costs, including return shipping. If the return is initiated by the customer, return shipping costs will apply.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, model, or color, please contact us at contact@hotretreat.com. Customers are responsible for both return shipping and reshipment costs for exchanges.
